About My Clients
We work with bilingual and multicultural individuals, interracial and intercultural couples, mixed-culture families, immigrants, LGBTQ+ clients, and parents raising children across cultures. Whether you're navigating identity, belonging, relationships, parenting, or life between cultures, this is a space where your culture matters. You don't have to leave your language, family history, identity, or lived experiences outside the therapy room to be understood.
My Background and Approach
Our approach is relational, systemic, culturally responsive, and affirming. Our diverse team brings different cultural backgrounds, languages, identities, and clinical perspectives to the work. We understand that emotional well-being cannot be separated from relationships, family, culture, identity, and social context. Rather than asking you to fit one model of therapy, we adapt our approach to your needs, experiences, and the relationships that matter to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe there is no single “right” way to be a person, couple, or family. Your culture, language, identity, relationships, beliefs, and lived experiences deserve curiosity and respect—not assumptions. We welcome diversity in race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, family structure, and ways of living. Therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self, feel genuinely understood, and explore what a meaningful life and healthy relationships look like for you.
