When I work with people who are seeking therapy for anxiety, I work with them to understand the root of where the anxiety came from. We can work to understand how patterns established early in life impact you to this day. We work together to incorporate techniques you can use in the moment so you can slow down and be present without feeling the need to constantly be putting on a performance.

In therapy, we will explore the root of where the burnout came from in order to truly understand why it’s there. If we work to understand the cause of this exhaustion then we can work on strategies to prevent it from coming back. We can work together to help you live a more fulfilling and meaningful professional and personal life.
