Through person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative therapy, we focus on your values, needs, and concerns. As a trauma-informed therapist, we will prioritize empowerment, safety, and respect throughout treatment as we establish a holistic view of your life, identity, and goals to begin building the life you envision. My style involves a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing each used to prioritize empowerment, respect and change.
