About My Clients
I love the work that I do and love being part of the journey of witnessing my clients' emotional growth. Through our work together, my clients have experienced long-term sobriety, relief from anxiety and depression, and an improved sense of self-worth. I am also passionate about supporting women's mental health needs, including supporting women through pregnancy loss, perinatal depression and anxiety, and postpartum mood disorders.
My Background and Approach
I utilize several modalities, including CBT and DBT, to help clients build practical skills in several areas of their lives, including how to cope with difficult and unwanted emotions, how to manage crises and stressful situations, how to communicate their needs clearly to others, and how to live more mindfully and feel more present within their own lives. I believe that building insight, collaborating with my clients to develop achievable treatment goals, and offering tangible skills can pave the way towards improved well-being and healing.

I believe that everyone is entitled to the self-care that therapy provides. It can be challenging for each of us to find a space within our lives to reflect freely on our inner experiences.
