About My Clients

You might not even remember a time when things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to feel comfortable in your skin. You’re ready to live loudly and and proudly. Most of all, you’re ready to love yourself and face your future with passion and purpose.
My Background and Approach
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who gets what it means to have an oppressed identity because therapy should be a place where you feel affirmed and safe. Sessions with me are about all of the things that make us human: our pain, our pleasure, and everything in between. Together, we integrate modern and ancestral wisdom, from spirit, mind, and body, to reclaim our wholeness. And we always go at your pace, never pushing where you don’t feel ready to be. Here, you can show up as your raw, authentic, messy (we all are!) self! And hopefully you can feel comfortable taking up space, exactly as you are, outside of therapy. I will work with you to help uncover the innate wisdom you possess by incorporating actionable steps, tools for embodiment, and witnessing your story…and you don’t have to do it alone. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in a family who informed me about oppression, its effects, and demonstrated our responsibility to use our power and privilege to eradicate what we can. As age and knowledge acquire, I find myself tormented by the status quo. I want us all to be free, to live to our greatest potential, to be free of racism, misogyny, queer-phobia, anti-fat bias, anti-Blackness. I work to embody these values by bringing them into my work with clients, my personal praxis as a human, and financially supporting those who provide their invaluable experiences and expertise to educate. Non-work stuff to know about me: I love dogs and want to meet all of them.Laughing is one of my favorite things to do. I have a pretty corny sense of humor. I am a Sagittarius sun, Scorpio moon, and Capricorn rising. So basically, I’m up for most adventures, as long as there is a plan and room for getting into very deep conversations about our feelings.
