My goal is to help you discover your own resiliency even in difficult moments, allowing you to navigate through life in a purposeful, authentic, and fulfilling way. Another area of expertise for me is in the realm of multi-culturalism and I enjoy working closely with internationals from all over the world. I consider the role of culture, environment and relationships to gain a better understanding and offer the appropriate tools to help you create a healthy and harmonious life. In our collaborative work and journey together, I will focus not only on investigating the root of your struggles, but also understand how they are impacting you today, and look at what changes can be made to help you live a healthy, productive, and harmonious life.
