About My Clients

My clients are often high-functioning adults who seem successful on the outside but feel stuck in relationships, identity, or purpose. If you're curious, introspective, and ready to understand—not just manage—the patterns keeping you stuck, we'll work together to create meaningful, lasting change. My practice focuses on attachment trauma, complex PTSD, and the lasting impact of early relationships. Together, we'll build more secure relationships and a stronger sense of self.

My Background and Approach

Drawing from psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, attachment-based, and somatic approaches, I help clients understand not only what is happening in their lives, but why these patterns developed in the first place. I am warm, engaged, and interactive. I see the therapeutic relationship itself as an opportunity to experience a different way of relating—one that fosters curiosity, safety, and growth. I listen deeply, attending not only to what you say but also to the emotions, patterns, and unconscious dynamics that may be shaping your experiences. Together, we'll explore the roots of your struggles, develop greater insight, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic, secure, and freeing. I also work with couples, including those in consensually non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. Together we'll explore attachment dynamics, recurring cycles of conflict, and the influence of the past on the present.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I respect the ways in which your body, mind, and spirit may have adapted to survive and cope with difficult circumstances in the past. This adaptation to trauma, oppression, or hurtful past relationships may be emerging now in the form of anxiety, depression, relational struggles, overwhelm, confusion, agitation, or a sense of feeling lost in life. I view the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity to rework and transform old patterns and adaptations that may be burdening you from the past. As these learned survival mechanisms and internalized oppressions emerge experientially in therapy, we will work together to allow them to relax and release. Through this process, I have witnessed many people awaken to a renewed sense of aliveness, liberation, and capacity for self-care and self-compassion. What was once confusing can then become clear through a trust in one’s own embodied knowing. I work through a trauma informed and anti oppression lens.
