About My Clients
I work with neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism), relationship difficulties, anxiety, and trauma. OI work with individuals and couples and specialize in communication and attachment. I work with the LGBTQIA+ community and I am part of this community as well. As a couples therapist, I work with all relationship configurations including poly/CNM and kink.
My Background and Approach
I am a queer and neurodivergent therapist and my lived identities assist me in understanding and supporting my clients. I have a genuine relationships with my clients and often my sessions are filled with laughter, tears, and deep realizations. I learn something new from each one of my clients and enjoy the process of growing as a therapist and person with each client I encounter. My clients describe their therapy experience as leaving my office feeling hopeful, more aware and energized. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a therapist who is anti-racist, sex work aligned, LGBTQ+ identified, trans aligned, neurodiversity affirming, affirming of visible and invisible disabilities, psychedelic affirming, and HAYS aligned (anti-fat phobia). I personally value authenticity, compassion, kindness, creativity, intuition, and doing the right thing even if it is the hard thing.
