About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are ready to move beyond simply getting through each day and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating life transitions, facing relationship challenges, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or feeling disconnected from who they are and where they're headed. Whether you're working through personal challenges, strengthening your relationships, or seeking to reconnect with your faith
My Background and Approach
My counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe every client already possesses strengths that can be built upon, even when life feels overwhelming. Rather than focusing solely on problems, we'll work together to identify realistic goals, develop practical strategies, and celebrate progress along the way. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Somatic techniques, and Gottman Method interventions when working with couples. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals because no two healing journeys look exactly alike. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Christian counselor, I believe emotional healing and spiritual growth can exist together. For clients seeking faith-based counseling, I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles into therapy while honoring your unique experiences and relationship with God. My hope is to create a space where you feel supported as you become more grounded in your identity, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life God has called you to live. Whether or not faith is part of your counseling journey, you can expect to be met with compassion, respect, and genuine care. I strive to create an environment where every client feels heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
