About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults with various mental health treatment needs. I am currently only offering telehealth. I take a strength based, solution focused approach to help you tap into your inherent ability to heal and thrive. I am looking to join with you to help you re-connect to a sense of self, safety and control in your life.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience working with youth in congregate care settings who have experienced complex trauma. I am experienced in ARC, CBT, TF-CBT, and am an adoption competent clinician. I am currently working in an outpatient practice that specializes in trauma; however, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. I have clinical interests in developmental and complex trauma, adoption and caregiver support. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC).
