About My Clients
I work with people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply—whether they’re processing past experiences, navigating transitions, or feeling disconnected from who they are. Many are healing from relational or developmental trauma. Some come with clear goals, others just know something needs to shift. Wherever you are, we’ll start there.
My Background and Approach
I’m a pre-licensed counselor with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked with kids, teens, adults, and couples around themes like trauma, identity, relational pain, and internalized pressure. My approach draws from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and process-based frameworks to support a more honest, compassionate relationship with yourself and your experiences. I show up with warmth, presence, and curiosity—not to analyze or fix, but to offer a space where you can be supported, honest, and more at ease in your own experience. I bring my authentic self into the room—relational, grounded, and fully human. If you're hoping for a more neutral or blank-slate approach, I might not be the best fit, and that's okay. I keep things professional but casual, and I believe real connection is part of what makes therapy work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I don’t believe people are broken. I think most symptoms are adaptations—responses that once made sense, even if they no longer serve us. I believe change happens not by fixing ourselves, but by understanding our patterns with honesty and care. Therapy isn’t about having the right answers; it’s about making room for what’s real and building trust in your own inner rhythm. I believe in the power of softness, in the importance of boundaries, and in the quiet clarity that can come when we stop performing and start listening inward. I've done my own work too—and I know how meaningful it can be to feel seen without being rushed or judged. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what you need. You just have to come in as you are.
