My goal is to create an open and safe space for my clients to feel heard and validated.I have experience with trauma, life transitions, ADHD, adjustment, anxiety, and depression. I primarily utilizes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), play therapy, and mindfulness evidence-based modalities to help clients meet their goals.

I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults to help them cultivate tools to navigate through difficult times. I also have experience working with couples and families improving communication techniques, setting boundaries, and rebuilding stronger foundations.
