About My Clients
M³ supports people who come from all walks of life—neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, overwhelmed caregivers, young people in transition, adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, suicidal ideations, or perfectionism. Many are seeking a space where they can be their full selves without having to explain who they are. Whether they’re just beginning therapy or returning to it, they want to feel seen, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
At M³, we believe therapy should be tailored to the individual—not one-size-fits-all. Our diverse team of clinicians offers a range of specialties, from trauma-informed care to relationship and identity work. We integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, SFBT, and narrative therapy, always grounded in empathy and collaboration. Sessions are guided by your goals, values, and pace. Whether in-person or via telehealth, we create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges and build the tools needed for resilience and growth. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and we’re committed to affirming care for neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and anyone seeking authentic, respectful support.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that healing happens in connection—with self, with others, and within spaces where you feel genuinely safe and seen. You are not broken, and you don't need to justify your story to deserve support. Therapy should be a space where your identity is affirmed, your strengths are recognized, and your pain is held with compassion. At M³, we honor the complexity of every client’s experience. We believe in the power of showing up, being real, and walking alongside our clients—not above them. Growth can be challenging, nonlinear, and vulnerable—but you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to partner with you, offering a steady presence and the tools to navigate life with greater clarity, connection, and purpose.
