About My Clients
Do you feel stuck in patterns you know aren’t working, but aren’t sure how to change? Maybe trauma still shapes how you see yourself and others, substances have become a way to cope, or anxiety and depression make it difficult to feel connected and present. You may find yourself repeating painful relationship patterns or struggling to understand what you need. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, heal old wounds, and find new ways of relating to themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
Trauma-informed care is at the heart of how I practice. I integrate multiple evidence-based approaches to provide a personalized, holistic approach that fits with your goals and lived experience. I also draw insights from neuroscience to help you better understand how your brain and nervous system adapt to life experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is guided by values of peace, mindfulness, compassion, nonviolence, and social justice. I believe that people heal through authentic connection—with themselves, with others, and with the parts of themselves they may have learned to ignore or judge. I also value creativity and the arts, and I bring that same spirit of curiosity and imagination into my work as a therapist. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I see therapy as a creative and collaborative process—building something bespoke with each client that reflects their unique personality, experiences, needs, and ways of making meaning.
