My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through my personal and professional experience, I have come to understand that most of us want/crave to feel seen, heard, & accepted. Validation & affirmation from others can help. However, the deep work & healing part of our individual journeys lies in being able to validate & affirm ourselves, all of our identities, & lived experiences. In our lives, as we continue evolving & changing as individuals, we reach points where the coping strategies we have previously used, & that have helped us survive at one point, may no longer serve us, & can actually interfere with our ability to connect to ourselves & others. I want to collaborate with you & create a safe space for you to process your identities & lived experiences. I hope that through our work together you are able to become a more authentic version of yourself, where you are able to more deeply connect with yourself & those around you. I am excited to connect with you & support you on your journey.
