About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck in relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety, or struggling with perfectionism or trauma? Many of my clients are high-functioning adults who feel disconnected, dissatisfied, or uncertain despite outward success. You may be navigating relationship challenges, attachment patterns, or a major life transition. I work with individuals and couples seeking deeper insight, emotional healing, and more meaningful connection with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
Therapy for Anxiety, Relationships, and Blended Family Stress I’m a Jungian-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapist providing individual therapy and couples therapy online. My approach blends evidence-based and depth-oriented modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, Jungian analysis, trauma-informed CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work is insight-oriented and relational, helping clients identify unconscious and relational patterns that contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, trauma responses, and relationship distress. Therapy may include reflection, emotional processing, attachment work, and “shadow work” to support clarity, healing, and lasting change. I integrate the analytical with the emotional, and the scientific with the spiritual, to help clients build deeper meaning, connection, and authenticity in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship. Because trauma occurs in relationship, I believe meaningful repair and growth also happen through safe, attuned connection. I value authenticity, collaboration, and depth in the therapeutic process, and I don’t ask clients to do work I haven’t been willing to do myself. I’m passionate about suicide prevention, expanding access to mental health care in schools, and challenging cultural narratives around productivity, success, and worth. Outside of therapy, I find grounding in nature, meditation, travel, and time with my dog. I also work with archetypal psychology, dreams, and astrology as tools for reflection and meaning-making.
