About My Clients
Many people move through life on autopilot, unaware of how internal thought patterns drive behaviors and impact choices. These automatic thought patterns can affect mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. But when we slow down and become mindful observers of our inner world, we open the door to powerful transformation.
My Background and Approach
Exploring your inner worlds isn’t about self-judgment—it’s about understanding. With greater self-awareness, you can shift from reacting automatically to responding with clarity and purpose. This inner work lays the foundation for emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a life aligned with your values. My approach includes a collaborative and authentic relationship with the client in which I will provide support and honest feedback. I draw from a variety of theoretical orientations, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. While I primarily incorporate mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, I also integrate elements of other evidence-based models to support growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I know what it’s like to look at your life and think something isn’t working here. It can be scary to create change, and anxiety is great at keeping you stuck. I know firsthand how powerful it is to gain the tools you need to move through it and live the life you imagine. I want to help others experience this.
