I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing experiences that continue to affect emotions, beliefs, and reactions in the present. I use EMDR to support clients in working through trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted patterns at a pace that feels safe and manageable. EMDR can help reduce emotional intensity, increase clarity, and allow past experiences to feel less overwhelming over time.

I have experience facilitating anger management groups and have received training informed by SAMHSA guidelines. I work with adults who struggle with anger that feels overwhelming, reactive, or difficult to control, often connected to stress, past experiences, or unmet emotional needs. Therapy focuses on understanding what’s driving anger beneath the surface, developing healthier ways to express emotions, and building skills to respond more intentionally in relationships and daily life.

I work with clients who notice recurring patterns in relationships, such as difficulty trusting, people-pleasing, emotional distance, or fear of closeness. Using an attachment-informed lens, we explore how early relationships and life experiences shape current responses, while building greater self-understanding, emotional security, and healthier ways of connecting with others.
