Most of my clients are neurodivergent, experiencing life transitions, managing depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms, and/or exploring their gender/sexual identity.
I describe my approach as eclectic as I do not use only one modality. I can offer a lot of skill building where appropriate via strategies from DBT/CBT. When exploring and processing trauma, I'll often use parts work (IFS), EMDR, or Brainspotting.

Through gentle thought reframing, mindfulness strategies, exploration of trauma, and parts work, I work carefully with clients to understand their strengths and increase positive self talk.
Whether you are just starting to explore your identity, you'd like help expressing yourself to friends and family, or you need a safe space to process trauma related to your identity, I aim to provide a safe and non judgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self.
My approach in working with folks on the spectrum is affirming--I will never push you to do things more "neurotypically". I aim to meet each client where they are at and take your lead on what the therapy experience needs to look like in order for you to feel safe enough to grow into your best self.
