About My Clients
I specializing in a range of issues including interpersonal problems, sexuality conflicts, stress, social anxiety, infidelity, divorce/breakups. Certified in Motivational Interviewing. I work with clients aged 18+, and extensively with Veteran, LGBTQ+, secular, divorced/separated individuals, non-traditional relationship and kink-affirming communities.
My Background and Approach
I practice therapy through collaboration. Therapy is an investigation, and our combined experience informs the process. Everything you bring to the discussion is meaningful and helps us build rapport. Together, we'll collaborate to reach goals you set for yourself in a relaxed, safe space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we have an obligation to ourselves to maximize the quality of the time we have by working to understand and live our individual identity. People cultivate all manner of support networks, cultural communities, lifestyles and relationship arrangements in order to support and thrive in these identities. I help clients to discover and nurture these identities in my practice.
