My Background and Approach
I provide individual therapy & EMDR therapy to adolescents and adults. I use an integrative treatment approach, which means that I incorporate a variety of techniques into my work and tailor treatment to the specific and unique needs of each client. I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients. I believe that we all have the innate capacity to heal and I help clients work through the issues blocking their path to recovery. I utilize a trauma informed approach and guide clients in understanding how their past impacts their present. I believe that healing from painful experiences can significantly enhance our health and overall quality of life.
