I am passionate about working with toddlers, preschoolers, young children, and the adults who care for them. My Background and Approach
The first five years of life are filled with incredible growth, and they also bring unique challenges for both children and parents. My specialized training in infant and toddler mental health has deepened my understanding of early brain development, attachment, emotional regulation, and the powerful role caregivers play in helping children feel safe and secure. My approach is relationship-centered, developmentally informed, and collaborative. I believe behavior is communication, especially for young children who may not yet have the words to express their needs. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviors, I work with families to understand what children are communicating and strengthen the relationships that support healthy development. I integrate attachment-based interventions, play, parent coaching, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help young children build emotional regulation while giving caregivers practical tools they can confidently use at home.

I believe parents are their child's first and most important teachers. Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, connected, and understood, and every caregiver deserves support along the way. My goal is to create a warm, encouraging environment where families feel empowered, children's strengths are celebrated, and meaningful relationships become the foundation for lasting growth.
