About My Clients
I serve adults, seniors, youth over age 10, and couples. Some areas of specialty include: Anxiety Grief Mindfulness Workplace issues Managing acute and chronic pain and illness Caregiving Navigating life changes Navigating as an introvert Finding your unique contribution to the world (vocational or personal) Trauma including medical trauma I am certified in EMDR and an EMDR International Consultant. I provide weekly therapy or adjunct EMDR intensives for those who already have a therapist.
My Background and Approach
I try to be flexible to meet the needs of each individual. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, The Gottman Institute, Narrative Therapy, and Depth Psychology. As we work together, I will seek your feedback about what is working for you and we will adjust along the way.
