I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective that seeks to understand individuals' unconscious motivations and desires that contribute to our conscious life. I am comfortable discussing any issue that you might bring up and can aid in helping you achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I seek to provide an environment that fosters trust, self-discovery, compassion, healing, and grace. My desire is to help people heal, hope, and harbor a love for themselves and others. I believe people can heal and grow when the learn to acknowledge and accept themselves and where they are at.
