About My Clients
Relationships are where I do most of my work as a counselor: romantic, family, and business relationships. I also meet with individuals on a wide range of issues. Whether trauma has affected how you relate with people, or anxiety disrupts you, or depression holds you down, or you just want to talk with someone about what's feeling "stuck" or "blocked" in your life, we explore these issues together to find a way forward.
My Background and Approach
I use a multi-modal approach to therapy, which means I try to work to make therapy fit your unique circumstances. I often draw upon Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques, and other skills. I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University, which encourages a humanistic and reflective approach to counseling and life.
