About My Clients
Whether you are new to therapy and/or recovery, or are struggling with obstacles or relapse, you are welcome here. When we are feeling stuck, or even when we are changing and growing, we can feel feel anxious, overwhelmed, disoriented or uncertain. Know it is possible to move through the discomfort and regain our sense of empowerment.
My Background and Approach
Adverse experiences in our past can show up in our present mood, behavior, worldview and relationships with others, ourselves, and substances. Counseling may include a combination of experiential, EMDR, mindfulness, strengths-based and solution-focused therapy. We'll explore what will be most helpful for you. Weekend and evening appointments available.

There is no such thing as unusual behavior if you know someone's whole story • We don’t exist in a vacuum • Science is real • Black lives matter • Women’s rights and LGBTQ+ rights are human rights • The struggle is real but we don't have to go through it alone • Kindness and social justice are worth fighting for.
