My Background and Approach
I’m a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to teens, adults, couples, and families. Since 2014, I’ve supported clients in navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I use to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns. I also specialize in couples therapy, focusing on communication and attachment. I support new parents through the emotional transitions of the perinatal phase, helping them feel more grounded and connected. My approach blends CBT with solution-focused strategies, and I collaborate with clients in a warm, direct, and open-minded way. I will be completing EMDR training in September 2025 and will begin offering EMDR therapy in October 2025. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I aim to provide a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
