At this time (due to COVID-19), my services are via Telehealth (video) only. My strength is helping individuals learn skills and strategies to cope with the varied Life stressors, changes, challenges and losses.
My Background and Approach
My approach incorporates using Cognitive Behavioral techniques, a Solution-Focused lens, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and building Life Coaching/practical skills. Helping others move towards acceptance, understanding, healing, transformation, purpose, joy and fulfillment despite Life's trials, tribulations, blindsides, detours and curveballs is a great honor and privilege.
