This can include a variety of different methods and I use a trauma-informed eclectic approach in my therapy practice. I have provided therapy for a wide range of issues including treating Depression, Anxiety, family and parenting difficulties, stress management and addressing life changes. I have extensive experience in the treatment of trauma including all forms of abuse. There are many different ways to approach your treatment. These approaches can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and include Mindfulness Practices, among others. Our treatment direction will focus on your needs and goals and we will create a plan to best accomplish this.
