Sex therapy is a form of therapy intended to help individuals and couples resolve sexual difficulties, such as performance anxiety or relationship problems. I provide a safe space in exploring your sexual concerns, reducing the pain, and reaching desirable goals. I am one of the few Asian American AASECT certified therapists across US.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping adults and couples to navigate personal and professional challenges. As a first-generation immigrant and first-generation college student, I understand the perseverance and tenacity it takes to thrive or even just to survive in the Bay Area. I relate to your struggles of feeling confident/belonged, making impacts, juggling work/life demands, finding love, maintaining healthy relationships, drawing healthy boundary with family members, and resolving childhood traumas.
