About My Clients
I work with adults, transitional-aged youth (ages 18-25), elders, and all relationship styles. I am LGBTQ+ and poly-identified as well as affirmative. I am also an ally for BIPOC communities. I work from a sex positive, kink allied lens.
My Background and Approach
I've been practicing psychotherapy since 2017. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My therapy style is friendly, casual, non-judgmental, and filled with humor and normalization. I often come from the view point of radical acceptance of who we are and what we are doing right in this moment. I use techniques like mindfulness-based CBT, narrative therapy, and attachment theory to build a framework, but am eclectic in nature-- meaning I use the approach that best suits your needs and is tailored to you as an individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member in the LGBTQIA+ and Consensual Non-Monogamy communities. I support the Black Lives Matter movement and all movements that support racial, gender, and sexual equality and justice.
