My Background and Approach
I have a Master's Degree in social work from University of Texas Austin. I've spent nearly a decade helping some of Austin's most vulnerable populations navigate through life after crisis. I've worked with all sorts of people experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders. I specialize in a strengths-based and trauma informed approach to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Using mindfulness, self-care, and goal-setting techniques, I support clients in managing emotions, improving relationships, and fostering growth. Together, we’ll build resilience and create a path toward balance and fulfillment. Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone.
