About My Clients

I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are trying to keep up with daily responsibilities while also feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. I have extensive experience supporting college-aged and emerging adults as they navigate identity, relationships, independence, and academic or career transitions. I also work with adults on the autism spectrum, family members and caregivers of individuals.

My Background and Approach

I’ve spent over a decade helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and challenging relationships. I draw on CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and strengths-based approaches to give you practical tools you can use right away. In our sessions, you’ll learn techniques for calming anxiety, managing emotions, and setting boundaries—so you always have ways to regain control. Therapy with me is collaborative and solution-focused: we explore patterns holding you back and practice skills that work in real life. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling empowered, resilient, and ready to handle life’s challenges with confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. There isn’t one “right” way to grow, and I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ve spent over a decade advocating within the disabilities community, including individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. That work has shaped my belief in autonomy, respect, and honoring each person’s way of navigating the world. I approach my work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, recognizing that differences are a meaningful part of how people experience and move through the world. I’m also mindful that stigma around mental health still prevents many people from seeking support—especially men and those used to being in helping roles themselves. Therapy should feel accessible, practical, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, inclusive, and focused on building on your strengths in a way that lead
