About My Clients
I help people who wish they felt confident and connected but never quite feel like they are good enough or know where they fit in this world. I support my clients in identifying their goals, so they can begin to work towards lasting change, even if they don’t know what that looks like. I know from working with people in different settings and countries, that change is possible! I’d like to help you recognize your potential and start living the life you want.
My Background and Approach
As your therapist, I will help you to explore hope for the future, so we can identify what steps to take to improve your life. You will learn to identify your unhelpful ways of thinking and unhelpful behavior patterns so that you can change the way you feel. I also offer EMDR, an exciting type of therapy that will help you overcome distressing life events.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Finding the right therapist is so important! I’m passionate about connecting with others and this is a huge reason why I started this business. I pride myself on connecting with my clients and believe that this leads us to do great work together. I’m always struck by how much my clients have overcome before even seeking out therapy. I aspire to hold each and every story with the compassion and the respect it deserves. I aim to be gentle and nurturing, yet direct and have a sense of humor.
