About My Clients
As a fully trained EMDR therapist, I serve individuals, couples, and teens/adolescents in need of relief from trauma, anxiety, and stress. I am very passionate about healing what is stuck, and building lifestyle tools along the way. I am really love incorporating exercise and nutrition where appropriate, and assessing sleep and mindfulness needs.
My Background and Approach
I often work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, and trauma and PTSD among others. During our initial session, you will be supported as you delve deeply into the issue(s) at hand, and we will work together to develop a treatment plan for addressing your needs so that you can live life in a sustainable manner for you! I mostly incorporate EMDR, in which I'll guide you through a structured process that allows you to access and reprocess difficult memories while feeling safe and supported. You'll discover how to transform these memories into a more manageable part of your life. The beauty of EMDR lies in its capacity to promote resilience and empower you to reclaim your narrative, leading to a renewed sense of peace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power that exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and sleep have in the healing process, and can incorporate these items as desired or needed. I am passionate about spreading kindness to all, including our earth.
