About My Clients
I work with clients who struggle with managing stress, anxiety, self-esteem or relationship issues. Common examples of issues these clients face are trouble setting boundaries, feeling overwhelmed, relationship issues, lack of self-esteem or difficulty managing their emotions. These clients are hoping to increase their coping skills in these areas and want resources to better navigate their symptoms or need a safe and nonjudgmental space to talk things through.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and trauma-informed approaches. My training includes work with young adult and adult populations who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Additionally, I am clinically trained in Level One Gottman Method to work with couples where I utilize evidence-based methods to treat relationship issues.
