My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative, drawing from therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and parts work. Much of our work may center around identifying and transforming the deeply rooted core beliefs that keep you feeling stuck—shifting from shame, fear, or “I’m not enough” toward compassion, clarity, and self-trust. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, uncover core values, build self-compassion, and strengthen resilience so you can live with greater intention and emotional freedom. Healing starts with self-understanding and kindness—by working through painful thoughts and experiences, lasting change becomes possible from the inside out.
