My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration. I maintain the belief that you are the expert of your life, your relationships, and your experiences. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you deepen your understanding of yourself and cultivate meaningful, lasting change! My approach draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which emphasizes creating secure, trusting, and emotionally responsive relationships. In our work together, we will seek to better understand your communication patterns and foster a deeper understanding of each partner’s needs and how to express them safely and securely. I maintain a holistic approach and draw from a variety of modalities to best fit your needs. I trust that you are the expert of your own life, and I will collaborate with you to determine how I can best support you in reaching your goals.
