About My Clients
I work with adults navigating a variety of issues, including chronic pain and chronic health conditions, complex trauma, dissociative conditions, relationship challenges, and family of origin concerns. I have a heart for supporting the "outsiders" of the world: people who feel misunderstood and/or who struggle to fit in. I am an ideal fit for anyone who is engaged in the process of self-understanding, curious about life, and seeking to be known.
My Background and Approach
Trained in depth psychology, I understand that the potential for deep healing, connection, and revitalization exists within this work. While my approach is multifaceted, it is rooted in relational psychoanalysis and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe humans are complex creatures navigating a complex world. We are formed and harmed in relationship, but healed in it too. I provide a safe, affirming environment for individuals wanting to explore who they are, how they got here, and what matters most to them in this life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve worked with individuals in foster care, residential, and occupational therapy settings, in chronic pain settings, and in hospice. As a therapist, I am warm, compassionate, and authentic. My belief is that we heal and grow ourselves in order to go out and contribute to the healing of the world. I am an antiracist, LGBTQIA+-friendly therapist on my own lifelong journey of healing, growth, and education. I consider this sacred work, and a true privilege. I look forward to meeting.
