About My Clients
As a therapist I strive to produce a safe, secure, and judgement free space so clients have the best opportunities to freely express themselves. Together we forge a path that leads to the achievement of life goals and a better understanding of self. Goals can range from establishing stronger relationships, reducing stress and anxiety, overcoming great life challenges, family issues, or just releasing general daily concerns.
My Background and Approach
I provide home based Art Therapy & Counseling for clients who live within the Santa Fe, NM city limits, but who lack transportation and/or who are immobile in their homes. Telehealth services are also available regardless of location. When coming to a client's home I bring all the necessary art supplies that are needed for that session, while also providing a variety of expressive therapies that are specially geared towards each individual and their unique needs. Art may be a focus, but other exercises such as, mobility sensitive yoga, musical experiences, memory games, and more may be included.
