About My Clients
I have supported individuals navigate through anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working in correctional, inpatient, outpatient, and crisis-stabilization settings. These experiences have shaped my clinical skills and, more importantly, my deep respect for each person’s unique story. I’ve seen how meaningful change can begin when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you during challenging moments and support you in building insight, resilience, and practical tools to help life feel more balanced and manageable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all need a space where we can show up just as we are, speak openly, and explore what we think or feel without fear of judgment. I believe that healing is personal and looks different for everyone. Therefore, my approach will be rooted in evidence-based practices, while remaining flexible and responsive to your individual needs. I take a holistic view of care because I believe that our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and sense of meaning are closely connected. When one area is affected, it can impact the other areas.
