About My Clients
I support clients navigating relational and complex trauma, depression and anxiety, sexuality and gender identity, expansive relationship structures, and the impacts of racial, economic, and related forms of marginalization. I have experience working with members of LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and race-, class-, and more broadly marginalized communities.
My Background and Approach
My orientation to therapy is collaborative, relational, and respectful of lived experience. With my clients, I work to build a therapeutic space where healing, self-acceptance, and transformation feel within reach. I also use relational, somatic, and CBT approaches to support clients navigating issues related to conflict and trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I draw on a pleasure-positive lens that resists pathologizing and centers meaning-making and choice. In session, I use humor, warm and honest communication, and thoughtful self-disclosure to expand what feels safe and imaginable.
