About My Clients

I work with adult individuals (ages 18+) and specialize in working with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. I have immediate availability for online (Mon-Weds), including late afternoon/early evening, and in person (Sat mornings, Westlake).

My Background and Approach

I use a client-centered and collaborative approach, which means that I view the relationship between client and therapist as central to the process of therapy. I aim to provide a safe place where you can be honest and free of judgement about what is bothering you. I've been described by others as warm, approachable, and patient. I draw upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each individual client. I describe my approach as informal but professional.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The most important thing to me in the therapy relationship is that you feel accepted and understood. I believe in creating an environment where you feel safe and supported. I also believe that we all have reasons for doing the things we do, and so it is important to me to become curious about that. Probably the biggest thing for me is to be authentic, and to show up in sessions as real person.
