About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and mood concerns. My clients are often seeking deeper self-understanding, healing from past wounds, and support in creating meaningful change. I enjoy partnering with those who are curious, open to growth, and ready to explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we create a safe, collaborative space where you can show up authentically and move toward the life you want.
My Background and Approach
I’m a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and relational, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, trauma-informed care, family-focused interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe therapy works best when it feels authentic and collaborative, so I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. Creativity, curiosity, and compassion guide my style, and I often integrate art, creative expression, and humor into the process to support deeper healing and growth. Whether you’re working through anxiety, navigating major life changes, repairing relationships, or managing mood-related challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as you heal from the past and move toward a life that feels whole, aligned, and true to who you are.
