About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients who may be struggling with: ADHD/ASD/neurodivergence, low self-esteem and self-worth; late diagnosis of neurodivergence; complex trauma; identity and relational issues; grief and life transitions. I have experience in providing therapy to children, teens, young adults and families. I believe everyone deserves to have access to affirming, personable, and affordable mental health services. I am a neuro-affirming, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
My Background and Approach
I believe in creating an individualized and collaborative plan with my clients to support them in achieving their personal goals for growth. My work is rooted in narrative therapy, relationship-oriented therapy, somatic therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, and various trauma-informed practices (EMDR). I I value working with LGBTQIA+ and female identifying individuals struggling with anxiety, self worth, and identity/relationship issues. I currently have limited sliding scale spots available. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to working with you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can grow and make meaningful changes at any stage of life. My own experience with ADHD and anxiety as a child shaped the way I approach therapy. I know how hard it can be to feel overwhelmed or misunderstood, and I also know that things can get better with support, self-understanding, and tools that work for you. In therapy, I’ll help you explore the patterns that may be holding you back and find ways to navigate life that feel more manageable. You deserve a space where you can be honest, feel respected, and move at your own pace. I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community is important to me both in and outside the therapy room. Outside of work, I love going on adventures with my adorable labradoodle, Archie. Spending time with him is one of my favorite ways to take care of myself. If you’re curious about working together, send me a message. I’d be glad to hear from you.
