About My Clients
Your experiences and story are unique. I recognize the courage it takes to meet with a counselor. I am here to provide a safe and supportive environment to explore and recover from life's challenges. I do this in a client-centered way, beginning where you are, and honoring your values and goals. I practice Mindfulness Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy which begins with self-compassion and then coping strategies. We will work together as a team to achieve goals you set for yourself.
My Background and Approach
I am a multi-racial woman and I have been a counselor for 20 years. I provide an environment that honors the diversity, equity, and inclusivity of all. I am also a proud LGBTQ+ ally. I provide telehealth counseling in Colorado and Texas, ages 15 - adult, and I accept most insurances. I am happy to offer a free 15-min phone consultation to answer your questions and to discuss how I might best support you as a counselor.
