About My Clients
I love working with adults experiencing depression and anxiety; ADHD; life transitions; shame and perfectionism. I am a LGBTQ+ and poly-affirming therapist. I understand the stigma and hardship that can come with being a part of these communities. I am passionate about working with those exploring their own identities in regard to gender or sexual expression, working through family of origin issues, and building relationships that satisfy your unique need for connection.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. We will work collaboratively using your strengths to make incremental changes in your life. I work eclectically which means I can draw on different approaches to find a way that works best for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Judgement is not on the menu. You may be feeling scared, or worried, or maybe even excited! These are all normal feelings when looking for a therapist whether you are new to counseling or have been in therapy before. I believe in living authentically, in any way that feels most true to you. Together we will explore what living authentically means to you and work with your strengths to process past trauma and build your life in a way that you are excited about.
