About My Clients
I believe we all experience situations when we need some help figuring out how to move forward in life. It can feel like we've hit a wall and the ways we once faced our problems are no longer working for us. Or we've come up against something we never expected and we're not quite sure how to handle it. While I'm open to working on many issues, some specialties I focus on are childhood wounds or trauma, adhd, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues.
My Background and Approach
I think from the time we are little and through our different experiences we learn how to handle our problems and there comes a time when the way we've learned to handle things does not serve us well. Ultimately I believe this can lead to incredible growth and an opportunity to re-evaluate. My goal is to help you deeply explore yourself and your past experiences and to work through the things that are holding you back in life and relationships. Ultimately I'll help you move towards feeling empowered, more confident, calm, and connected to yourself and others. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop an individual approach that will best fit them and their unique needs. I believe each person's situation is different and will pull from a variety of approaches to best meet the client's goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Ultimately, I believe these situations can lead to incredible growth and an opportunity to reevaluate life and to consider a new way of doing things. I personally think it is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they create change in their lives, and I'm honored to get to do the work that I do. I wanted to become a therapist after my own experience in therapy as a teen after going through some experiences that completely threw me off. I now enjoy being that safe space for others.
