I view people as the authors of their own stories. In narrative therapy, we explore how the stories you've been told or have told yourself shape your identity, relationships, and sense of possibility. By making space for new perspectives, we can begin to rewrite old narratives and make room for growth, resilience, and meaning.

No one-size-fits-all approach works for healing, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet each person where they are. Whether incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment theory, or parts work, I tailor the process to support your goals and offer care that is responsive, flexible, and deeply personalized.
