My Background and Approach
I provide individual counseling ages 17 and up. Along with traditional psychotherapy, you will have access to various holistic treatments such as EMDR, Inner Child Healing, Amen Clinics Certified Brain Health Coaching and Basic Hypnosis. This combination of healing options makes treatment go so much faster while delivering real and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m Ukrainian, born and raised. I left Ukraine right after the 2014 Ukrainian war with Russia and have been living in the U.S. for close to a decade. I originally chose to be a therapist when I was a teenager. I love witnessing people heal, grow, and start living the lives they want. I am passionate about helping people and seeing change happen in their lives—whether that’s a change in behavior or a change in perspective or both! My interest in psychology stems primarily from my personal experience living with addiction in my family, navigating complex relationships and living through a war. These experiences have made me constantly learn what it means to be human, which has been one of the most important lessons for me on this journey called life!
